Overview
This is a support worker role with Libertatem Healthcare Group, a provider of care and support services for clients who have sustained personal injuries or suffered from medical negligence. The role involves providing person‑centred, one‑to‑one care and support to a client in Eastbourne, with a focus on mental health, medication administration, epilepsy care, and catheter care.
Main dutiesAs a support worker, you will provide person‑centred, one‑to‑one care and support to a bubbly, warm, and friendly client who enjoys getting out and about using public transport to attend social activities in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mental health support
- Medication administration
- Managing epilepsy care and seizures (including rescue medication)
- Catheter care

Jobdetails
Location: Eastbourne
Pay Rate: £15.23‑£17.33
Shifts Available (Bank): must be flexible
- Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 8:00am to 6:30pm
- Nights: Thursday, Friday & Saturday – 10:00pm to 7:00am
- Nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 10:00pm to 8:30am

About the roleYou will provide person‑centred, one‑to‑one care, supporting with:
- Mental health support
- Medication administration

- Full training and ongoing support (online and classroom‑based)

Person specification Qualifications- The role does not require specific qualifications, but the company provides full training and the opportunity to gain NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care. Ongoing support and guidance will be provided by an experienced Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager.
