Recruitment Assistant – East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our established recruitment team and provide an effective, professional and comprehensive recruitment service to East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

• Actively source, screen and place candidates for a full range of recruitment assignments across the Trust.
• Use HR systems such as ESR, TRAC and NHS Jobs for applicant tracking and provide training to peers.
• Collaborate with employees and managers at all levels to understand hiring needs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with NHS best practice.

• Excellent communication and customer‐service skills, with attention to detail and strong administration and organisational abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of NHS terminology and HR systems such as ESR, TRAC and NHS Jobs is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Hours can be worked over a five‑day or four‑day period with Wednesday as a non‑working day.
