• Provide personal care in a dignified, respectful manner
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Assist with meal preparation and light housework
• Offer medication prompts where required (non-administration)
• Provide companionship, conversation, and reassurance
• Help maintain a positive, safe home environment
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate any concerns

• Able and willing to travel to and from the Eastbourne and Hailsham areas
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and every other weekend
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
• Compassionate and dependable, with a desire to support others

• Understanding of working in a person centred manner
• Commitment to total privacy and confidentiality
• Prior care experience is not essential, but must show a basic understanding of our core principles (as above) and a willingness to learn and undergo mandatory training.
• Please note, if successfully hired, an enhanced DBS check will be mandatory. Having a criminal record will not automatically bar you from working for Caring 4 All; this will depend on the nature and circumstances of the offence(s).
