Location:

Polegate, Sussex

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + bonus

Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 70 bed service which requires some turnaround / quality improvement!

You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals!

Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care

You don’t need a PIN but must have managed a large nursing home!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
Financial management experience
Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
Proven turnaround experience

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse qualification preferred or management of a large nursing home

Previous turnaround experience is essential!

Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
