We’re searching for a dedicated and ambitious Care Supervisor to join our growing team at Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings
, in our Rye office

• Hands on experience in a leadership or Field Care Supervisor role within the care sector
• Full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle
• To be currently living in the Rother & Hastings area

• Salary from £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
• Additional pay for any on call work

• Conducting regular field supervisions of healthcare assistants
• Mentoring new care assistants in the field and assisting in the monitoring of quality control
• Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
• Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services as required in the absence of the Care Manager
• Taking part in the emergency on-call schedule on a rotational basis
• Working closely with coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders

• Minumum 2 years in domiciliary/home care
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
