What you will be doing
In this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will:

· Manage commercial delivery of highways projects

· Support and mentor junior team members

· Maximise contract profitability and control costs

· Identify and manage commercial risks

· Prepare estimates, forecasts, and cost reports

· Procure subcontractors and manage payments

· Prepare and agree contract variations

· Support dispute resolution where required

· Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

What you will need
You will bring:

· Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on highways or civil engineering schemes

· Main contractor background

· Strong NEC contract experience

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills

· A proactive and flexible approach

· Salary up to £78,000 dependent on experience
