A leading further education college in Eastbourne is seeking part-time support staff to assist students on their academic journey. You will play a key role in fostering student independence and communication skills while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. The position offers a pro-rata salary of approximately £3,800 per year, part-time at 17 hours per week, and requires a commitment to the welfare and development of young people.
The start date is flexible, with roles available until July 2026.
