Are you looking for an opportunity to share your industry expertise and inspire the next generation of Motor Vehicle professionals? Do you want to work in a high-performing department with excellent facilities and genuine growth opportunities? This exciting role will include:
Teaching Motor Vehicle Programmes in Body Repair / Paint & Panel from Levels 1 to 3, including apprentices. Delivering engaging, practical education in our well-equipped workshops and paint booth facilities. Motivating and inspiring learners to progress into a wide range of roles within the Motor Vehicle industry. Supporting the future growth of the department, including the development of industry and adult courses such as emerging electric vehicle technology.
If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you;
Experience working in the Motor Vehicle industry, within paint or panel specialisms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. Strong ICT skills and up-to-date knowledge of Motor Vehicle technology. Relevant industrial qualifications and, ideally, experience in teaching or training (although this is not essential). For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience.

Based at our Eastbourne Campus. Annual salary: £27,138 - £41,816 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
