We are currently seeking Cover Teachers to work across secondary schools within Swale Academies Trust in Eastbourne.

The role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment

Ensure students stay on task and engaged during lessons

Follow school policies and procedures

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with children or young people

Demonstrate confident classroom and behaviour management skills (essential)

Are reliable, adaptable, and professional

Are interested in pursuing a career in teaching or education

Have a Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or willingness to obtain one
