Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absence. This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in education or for experienced individuals looking to make a difference in schools.

• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence
• Take the register and ensure a calm and focused learning environment
• Distribute and oversee the completion of pre-set work no planning or marking required
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with the school's behaviour policy
• Support students in staying on task and managing their time effectively

• Confident individuals with strong classroom presence
• Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with secondary-aged children is desirable or qualifications such as QTS
• Flexible, proactive, and reliable
