Position: Teaching Assistant Level 3 (The Cavendish School - Primary Phase)

Teaching Assistant Level 3 (The Cavendish School – Primary Phase)

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teaching Assistant who can inspire and motivate pupils to be the very best they can be. The role primarily involves working with SEND pupils, delivering targeted interventions throughout the day. During lunch, the post holder will lead play and other activities, manage behaviour and support pupils across lunchtimes.

Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Working pattern: Part‑time, term‑time only (pro‑rata salary)
Salary: £25,185–£25,583 pro‑rata (£19,111–£19,413 actual)
Contract: Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible
Closing date: 9 AM on Friday 30 January 2026
Interviews: Thursday 05 February 2026
