Overview
Assistant Site Manager - Residential New Build — Eastbourne. A well-established residential house builder is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a new build housing development in Eastbourne. Working alongside the Site Manager, you will help manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring homes are built safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Support the daily running of a residential construction site
- Coordinate subcontractors and site trades
- Monitor health & safety and quality standards
- Assist with plot completions and customer handovers
- Help maintain build programmes and site records
- Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new build projects
- SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or working towards)
- Organised, proactive, and confident on site
- Looking to progress within residential construction
