The Company is a well‑established contractor specialising solely in façade remediation and is seeking an experienced Fac بحاجة Project Manager for a long‑term project based in Eastbourne. The business operates as a Principal Contractor, delivering complex recladding and remediation schemes. With over 25 years of trading history and a turnover of circa £20m, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality façade remediation projects safely and compliantly.

The Facades Project Manager will be appointed on a contract basis to support the delivery of a major façade remediation and recladding project valued up to £10m, with a potential duration of up to 18 months. The role will focus on quality assurance, programme management, and installation oversight, working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
