This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Flat Roofing Estimator, located in Eastbourne. Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates for flat roofing projects, conducting onsite measurements, analyzing blueprints, and managing relationships with clients and contractors. The estimator will work closely with project teams to ensure budgets and timelines are maintained, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality benchmarks.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this role.

• Experience and knowledge in flat roofs and waterproofing systems
• Skilled in insulation systems and carpentry
• Ability to work safely at height, with knowledge of safety regulations
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and construction documentation
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cost analysis
• Proven ability to manage projects within budgets and timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant estimating software is an advantage
• Previous experience in roofing estimation or a similar role is highly beneficial
