Project Manager – Eastbourne, Sussex – Healthcare Hospital Ward Refurbishment
Our client is a commercial contractor working around London & Sussex, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project in Eastbourne and join their team on a permanent basis.
March start date – 18 month initial project with work to follow – PERM role.
Responsibilities- Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis.
- Coordinate and book all trades.
- Ensure trades are performing to the programme and to the highest standard.
- Order and request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings.
- Liaise with the client and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving.
- Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers.
- SMSTS & CSCS Card.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Previous hospital refurbishment experience.
