Volunteer Data Administrators

Do you have great attention to detail and enjoy using data to produce reports? Maybe you have experience in data administration, data analysis or report production? Our CRM and reporting team is looking for volunteer data administrators to help with our vital work.

Your skills will help us keep accurate records and up-to-date records within our CRM system. You will check that the data is recorded correctly, identify errors or inconsistencies, and support good data management practices to ensure the quality and reliability of our information.

If you enjoy producing reports we have opportunities to help with our KPI reports to show the difference we make for older people, trends and demographics about the people we are helping.

Your work will help to identify the future services our clients need and ensure we continue to work in the right areas, supporting the right people who need us the most.

Based in our Lewes, Newhaven or Hastings office we will provide you with a desk, computer and a great team to be part of. We will provide full training and support in the role and how to use our CRM system.

This role would suit both an experienced person who may have retired or a student / work experience post where you are looking to gain new skills to support your career.
