Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: £20,982 per year (meets the Real Living Wage standard)

• Maintain and update the Family Toolbox website by inputting and amending information, ensuring accuracy and relevance through regular checks and communication with partner organisations.
• Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Contact partner organisations regularly to confirm details and update information as required.
• Ensure all website content aligns with the Family Toolbox mission, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Report any technical issues to the appropriate support team and follow up until resolved.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling information.
• May be required to undertake any other duties that fall within the nature of the role and responsibilities of the post as detailed above.
