Pro Talent is working with a well‑established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Eastbourne to recruit a Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) to join their thriving team.

• Preparing and reviewing year‑end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparing corporation tax computations and personal tax returns
• Managing a portfolio of clients with support from more junior staff
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and developing strong working relationships
• Supporting the training and mentoring of trainees and juniors
• Working closely with managers and partners to deliver high‑quality client service
• Exposure to advisory work and project‑based assignments, depending on experience and interest

• ACA or ACCA qualified (newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE)
• Strong background in general practice
• Confident in managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality compliance work
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• A proactive team player who’s ready to take the next step in their career
• Ambitious, organised, and keen to grow within a supportive firm
