Overview

Driver / operator of company vehicles, delivering packages efficiently and providing courteous customer service. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Operate company delivery vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient package delivery.
• Deliver packages to customers and provide related customer service functions.
• Maintain a neat appearance and vehicle cleanliness.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum experience:
  
  None.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good verbal communication skills and strong human relations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
• Valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle assigned.

• Licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.
• Neat appearance required since customer contact may be necessary.
• Drivers vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations.
