Operational Leadership:
Taking full responsibility for the main Brasserie restaurant, bar, lounge, and room service.

Guest Relations:
Acting as the "face of the restaurant," building relationships with regulars and ensuring standards exceed expectations.
Shift Patterns:
Working a flexible schedule including mornings and evenings across a seven-day rota.
