Day Camp Senior Counselor - Christian Day Camp

Pinebrook Day Camp provides a fun and caring place for campers ages 5-15 throughout the summer. Camp counselors have a profound impact on each camper's experience and help campers grow in their faith journey as they learn about God during the summer. We are looking for responsible, fun individuals who desire to point people towards Christ and work with an amazing summer team while sharing the gospel with campers.

• Lead small groups of campers with support from camp leadership and assistant counselors.
• Start each day with a time of worship and a brief Bible story or study.
• Plan and participate in engaging activities with campers.
• Supervise campers during meals, recreation, and downtime; ensure safety and well-being.
• Provide a positive role model and help campers grow in their faith journey.

• Age 18+ for senior counselors; 17+ for assistant counselors.
• Desire to point people toward Christ and work with a team in a camp setting.
• Ability to work in a dynamic summer program with campers aged 5-15.
• All employment is contingent upon FBI criminal background fingerprint clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and PA Criminal History Clearance.
• Authorized to work in the US; sponsor ships for international employees/volunteers are not available.

• Pay from $320/week for assistant counselors up to $500/week for senior counselors (ages 18+).
• Room and board provided.
• Salary: $500 per week.
