Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations.;
Monitor entrances, perform access control and visitor processing, and verify identification and credentials in accordance with post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications, and coordination with site contacts and public responders when needed.;
Complete written and electronic reports such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation.
