Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

Position: Security Officer - Full-Time Unarmed Patrol
Location: East St. Louis

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points where assigned, assist with crowd control and/or line management, and report hazards or unusual conditions to site leadership.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in written reports and logs, and communicate timely updates to supervisors and/or client representatives.
