• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or potential threats found during patrols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, concerns, or site-specific needs.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or other site-specific procedures, as directed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities according to Allied Universal and client requirements.

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
