Overview
Lead Supervisor II role ch is a global fashion house; part of the Tapestry portfolio. The Lead Supervisor role is an integral part of the store’s overall success, modeling behaviors that impact Sales and Operational Processes. The individual serves as a versatile team member, adapting to all roles within the store environment and acting as a brand ambassador in the local market.

- Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) that align with Company priorities and values.
- Endorses, models and develops the team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Enforces sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories.
- Works with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to store and financial results.
- Leverages floor supervisor assignment responsibilities to deliver strong metrics; remains results driven, including through team selling and selling to multiple customers.
- Productivity Management: holds sales team accountable for personal sales.
- Maximizes clienteling strategy in partnership with the Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s); monitors process over time to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Builds credibility and trust with team and customers; serves as a personal fashion advisor to deliver business results.
- Creates positive impressions with store team and customers through professional appearance aligned with Coach’s Guide to Style.
- Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives).
- Sensitive to customer and team needs and tailors approach by reading cues.
- Resolves customer issues in a solution-oriented and forward-thinking manner; partners with Store Manager(s) and/or District Manager as appropriate.
- Develops product knowledge and stays aware of current collections.
- Understands the positive sales impact staffing has on the business and recruits accordingly.
- Coaches, develops and motivates the team to meet goals; delegates and empowers others and encourages growth; provides regular feedback.
- Manages daily operational tasks according to Coach standards; adapts to business needs proactively.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen; maintains calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintains interior and exterior upkeep in partnership with the corporate office.
- Uses retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions; involves appropriate partners as necessary.
- Adheres to Coach retail policies and procedures including POS and Operations procedures.
- Leverages Coach tools to support relationship building and clienteling; drives sales and team goals.
- Works with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to adjust store strategies to improve productive functions.

- Experience:
1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock, sales, etc.), preferably in luxury retail. Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical:
Familiarity with cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie talkie usage, reading price and product release sheets. - Physical:
Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively with customers and team; move around the sales floor, stock room; capability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds for shipments/transfers.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with high retail traffic; adhere to Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations.
