Role overview

This position leads marketing campaigns and initiatives for the Schweid & Sons brand, with a strong focus on sales support, digital media, and consumer engagement. You will collaborate with sales teams, cross-functional partners and agencies to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, while managing budgets and mentoring a direct report to deliver best-in-class marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end execution of all Instacart Marketing campaigns, serving as the primary lead for strategy, activation, optimization and performance reporting.
  • Track campaign performance and pacing to make real-time optimizations to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Execute retailer e-commerce advertising programs, ensuring brand consistency, strong storytelling, and measurable sales impact across platforms.
  • Create compelling sales presentations that help our sales team win business with confidence.
  • Develop impactful POS and sell sheets to support Food service and Retail sales.
  • Execute against the Food service marketing strategy by developing supportive materials and resources that address operator and distributor needs and strengthen sales efforts.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop and execute omnichannel shopper marketing activations.
  • Lead marketing support for product innovation, ideating on strategies and programs that bring new products to market with clarity and excitement.
  • Organize and execute experiential events that require strong planning, logistics coordination, and on-site management to bring the brand to life in impactful ways.
  • Manage and monitor campaign budgets, keeping spending on track while ensuring we’re consistently measuring and evaluating ROI across all marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytics tools to uncover insights that support sales by identifying category trends, growth opportunities, and competitive shifts that strengthen customer presentations and selling strategies.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering growth and professional development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the CPG food industry, a must.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns across consumer-facing channels.
  • Proficient in developing POS materials, sales presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Familiarity with Circana (IRI/Nielsen) panel data and ability to extract actionable insights is a plus.
  • Experience with experiential marketing and event execution.
  • Skilled at managing agencies, budgets, and creative development.
What We Offer
  • The expected compensation for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
