Overview
Law Office is looking for an Immigration Associate Attorney. Salary plus bonuses.
Responsibilities- Responsibilities include client consultations and USCIS/Immigration court motion drafting and appearances.
Practice areas are Asylums, Family-Based Petitions, SIJ and Deportation Defense, as well as ICE Bond Hearings.
Qualifications- Bar Admission, preferably in NJ or NY
- Immigration Law Experience as a paralegal or an attorney is required
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Position is in-office, not remote

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
