Team Dynamic Minds is hiring a Behavior Therapist to work one-on-one with an autistic children using natural environment teaching. This position focuses on connection, communication, and real-life learning in the child’s home and community. Training and mentoring provided.

• Engage children in play and everyday activities
• Support communication, social connection, and self-regulation
• Follow individualized developmental plans
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Write brief session notes and track progress
• Receive coaching and supervision

• Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
• Reliable and able to keep a consistent schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's Degree plus one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• OR High School Diploma and three year’s experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• OR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting
