** Summary of the role
** As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.
* Follow & update IQMS RT Scheduler mold requirements, as determined by the planner
* Green-tag readied molds; move to staging area in molding department
* Disassemble & clean molds; inspect for problems.
* Install changeover parts, as required
* Take measurements to determine wear & proper sizes of pins, bushings, and hold dimensions
* Keep records up to date, including mold tagging system.
* Practice good housekeeping and appropriate measures to prevent pollution or other negative impacts on the environment.
* Repair Manifolds on tools having an electrical diagnostic background to perform necessary duties
* Work with manufacturing engineering on schematics of old/new tools
* Keep inventory of spare components up to date and work with supervisor on sending out molds if needed to external vendors
* Other duties as assigned
