Position OverviewWe are seeking an Experienced Property Manager for a luxury apartment community in the East Providence area. The role involves managing a large apartment community, leading a team of on-site leasing representatives, overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing capital projects.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large market-rate apartment communities.
- Polished communication skills, supervisory experience, well-organized, and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Yardi and Rent Cafe.
- College degree required.
- Execute leases, marketing, and operational activities to achieve occupancy and resident retention goals.
- Assist in financial performance, including budgeting and collections.
- Maintain resident retention through pleasant and timely communication.
