Payment Operations Specialist

Location: East Providence, RI

Duration: 3 Months with possible extension/Conversion

Pay Range: $18.82/h ron W2

• Support the Set Up team in customer reconciliation processes related to check fraud prevention.
• Perform accurate data entry for logged tickets within specified SLAs (same day, 2-day, 10-day deadlines).
• Review and process positive pay tickets daily, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales and relationship managers for account setup and related tasks.
• Assist in the automation process and adapt to process changes as they develop over the next few months.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with macros and navigating multiple systems such as Mainframe and nCino (Salesforce).
• Prior experience with Citizens systems or banking/check processing is preferred.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to process automation and workflow changes.
• Experience working in high-volume, SLA-driven environments.
