General Summary of Position:- Performs picking, staging, & allocating outbound orders
- Adheres to all schedules
- Responsible for order allocation and picking in a serialized environment.
- Monitors and adjusts to customer schedule changes and acts accordingly
- 2-4 years' experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with inventory management or ERP software
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
- Availability to work overtime as required
- Great work ethic
- Experience with serialized telecommunications equipment
- Experience working in a multi-location pick facility
- Experience working with Microsoft GP Dynamics & Sales Pad
