The Warranty Registration Manager is responsible for accurate and timely registering of warranties following installation. This role ensures all required customer, property, and project information is complete, documented, and submitted in accordance with manufacturer and company requirements. This is a newly created role and will play a key part in building, documenting, and standardizing warranty registration processes and procedures. The role works closely with internal teams to establish best practices, ensure consistency, and support a scalable post-installation warranty processes as the organization grows.
Role Description and Expectations- Enter customer, property, and project information into warranty portals upon completion of installation
- Verify installation completion and confirm all required documentation is received prior to submission
- Upload supporting documents, photos, and invoices are required for warranty registration
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all warranty data entered
- Submit new warranty registrations within required timelines
- Track warranty submissions and confirm successful registrations
- Identify and resolve errors, omissions, or discrepancies related to warranty entries
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all submitted warranties
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing or corrected customer or project information
- Provide status updates and respond to internal warranty-related inquiries as needed
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, warranty, compliance, or operations support roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with online portals, document uploads, and internal systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
