Unique administrative opportunity available with Rhode Island's 24/7 behavioral health crisis center! BH Link is seeking a Full-Time Program assistant to work for a Rhode Island non-profit that provides an innovative 24/7 alternative to the emergency room for adults around RI who require behavioral health crisis assessment and referral services.
The program also houses RI’s 988 Lifeline Call Center whose counselors answer statewide calls, chats, and texts around the clock, offering crisis stabilization and support to all ages.
The role of the Program Assistant is to provide administrative support to Rhode Island’s BH Link walk-in triage center and 988 Lifeline crisis call center, contributing to positive program culture while helping to streamline effective administrative processes.
