• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Your drive and passion for helping people will shine here.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• In a fast‑paced environment, remain flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving technology and meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? AT&T provides training, coaching and tools to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $18.06 per hour plus up to $13,700+ in commissions when all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission can lead to top sellers earning up to $62,460 per year.
