Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled CDL B Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a company vehicle on local routes and providing exceptional, security-focused customer service
. You will play a key role in ensuring the secure and timely delivery of customer materials, upholding Iron Mountain’s commitment to service excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Operate and maintain a company CDL vehicle safely and efficiently throughout your assigned local route, ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed.
• Manage the complete logistics of the route, including the secure loading, transport, and delivery/pickup of materials, while accurately preparing all required paperwork and records.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely order delivery and exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year of experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and the ability to maintain all security procedures for sensitive customer assets.
• Proven ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including routinely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving bins up to 350 pounds over various terrains.
• A valid CDL Driver’s License with a good driving record and a minimum age of 21.
