Warehouse Associate

Non-Exempt

Responsible for loading and unloading supplies and equipment for company and vendor trucks, preparing job orders, assisting with deliveries and pickups, and performing various tasks within the warehouse and yard.

• Load, carry, and unload construction materials such as line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood, and hardware.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas by sweeping and keeping the environment neat and orderly.
• Pull orders for delivery to construction sites.
• Ensure trucks are properly loaded with necessary equipment for assigned tasks.
• Load and unload trucks manually or using forklifts.
• Organize and maintain warehouse shelves.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Use power tools to cut, drill, and complete shop‑related tasks.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass background check, MVR, drug test, and road test.
• Must meet DOT standards and requirements.
• Flexible work hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
