• Pay Rate:
  Drivers make $90K-$100K gross per year
• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $10K, depending on experience

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports
• Inspect bill of lading and verify accuracy for off‑hour deliveries
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skillful maneuvering on the road and at customer premises
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Must meet MBM Corporation's MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely (including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications)
