Security Officer - Flex

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns per site protocols;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, potential theft indicators, and policy violations, reporting observations and/or initiating appropriate response actions;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate with store leadership and/or law enforcement as directed, and assist with access control and customer direction as needed
