Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist in selecting merchandise;
Maintain cash drawer, accept cash/cheques, make change, and process credit card transactions;
Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner;
Assist with planogram updates, stock, and daily operational tasks including returns and inventory counts;
Perform in-store services for customers (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle codes) and occasional deliveries as needed
