8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Part‑time with a maximum of 15 hours per week.
Basic Duties- Assist customers and employees with parts sales needs.
- Help with daily inventory counts.
- Work directly with shop technicians and process work orders.
- Order and maintain parts for repair of rental machines and customer sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Complete and process purchase orders.
- Help maintain a neat and organized parts department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of previous construction equipment experience.
- General knowledge of construction equipment.
- Self‑starter with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer‑literate and proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Knowledge of DBS is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Well organized and able to meet challenging deadlines.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs safely.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Payrate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
Benefits: 401(k);
Paid Time Off (PTO) earning up to 40 hours per calendar year.
This position works in an office and warehouse environment, often requiring walking, climbing, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 75 lbs. The office noise level is moderate to low; the warehouse noise level is moderate to high. The applicant must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel may be required.
