The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity through detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours and vary by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment adhering to safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt; lighting and temperature are adequate.

• Travel as needed across district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (if age-appropriate).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Driving a vehicle.
• Stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Reaching overhead and moving merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store movement.
