Registered Nurse – Nephrology Acute
- Full time/staff/permanent position
- Relocation and IL license assistance
- All RN experience will be considered, including new graduates
Peoria, IL
Join a specialized Nephrology Acute unit providing high‑acuity inpatient care for patients with complex renal needs. This full‑time night‑shift RN role offers strong differentials, a generous sign‑on bonus, and a supportive, team‑driven environment focused on whole‑person care.
Schedule & Pay- Full time – 36 hours/week
- Night shift (1900–0700) with weekend & holiday rotation
- Pay range: $32.94–$49.36/hr (based on RN experience)
- Differentials: +$4.00/hr nights, +$3.25/hr weekends
- Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates (new grads & external hires)
- 0–4 years RN experience → 4 weekend shifts
- 4–10 years → 3 weekend shifts
- 10–15 years → 2 weekend shifts
- 15+ years → no weekend shifts
The RN provides high‑level inpatient care, collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams to support patients across the continuum.
Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive assessment and care planning
- Symptom management and patient/family support
- Care coordination and best‑practice implementation
- Mentoring and teamwork within a 24/7 inpatient environment
- Active RN license (Illinois or Michigan)
- AHA BLS required prior to start
- BSN
- Prior RN experience in an acute care setting
- Basic proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft applications
