Responsibilities
- Facility Supply Chain and Logistics planning
- Analyse the material flow and ensure the smooth and rapid movement of material, from stage to-stage process. Ability to validate flow and capability to simulate the circulation of people and its interaction with material to facilitate the safe movement path.
- Plan, prioritize, design, and execute process planning for core process of manufacturing such as assembly, fabrication, paint, machining, packaging, storage.
- Plan for Every part (PFEP), Material presentation, Replenishment strategy, JIT
- Inventory reduction and Optimization
- Warehouse forecasting and Optimization background
- Control cycles, storage location, Auto replenishment setup in SAP.
- Various reporting through SAP - BobJ, Material shortage, SAP ME.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and support RIW and/or Project Team as required.
