Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Database Analyst / Programmer 1. The work will be done onsite full-time at East Peoria, IL, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
. This is a long-term 2-year position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $32/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Cullerton Group is seeking a Database Analyst / Programmer to support data analytics, reporting, and database development initiatives for operational teams. This role focuses on developing analytical SQL views, building Power BI dashboards, and supporting the growth of a Snowflake data environment. The analyst will work directly with internal customers across supply chain, quality, and operations to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
This position is ideal for an early-career data professional who wants hands‑on exposure to real‑world analytics and database systems.
- Develop analytical database views using SQL to support business reporting
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for end users
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and operations teams to document data requirements
- Support development and expansion of Snowflake database infrastructure
- Participate in weekly Dev Ops reviews and task planning
- Provide data views and insights used by downstream software and analytics tools
- Assist with troubleshooting data issues and improving data quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain
, or a related field or equivalent analytics experience - 2–3 years of analytics or data‑related experience (internships and project experience accepted)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience developing reports or dashboards using Power BI
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Snowflake or cloud‑based data platforms
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
- Exposure to Dev Ops or Agile development workflows
- Experience working with manufacturing, quality, or operations data
