Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Expert in Project Management tools and processes utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Plan and lead program and project planning sessions
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Interpret & communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of business (VOB), and Critical Customer requirements (CCR)
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage and communicate project issues, risk and overall status
• Ability to function independently in leading a large, diverse program or project planning sessions
• Ability to adapt to diverse business climates

• 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job‑related experience in project management is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
• Professional training in leading and facilitating meetings is highly desired
• Strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills

5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job‑related experience in project management is required.

The pay range for this position is $40.00–$45.00/hr.
