Hampton by Hilton in East Peoria is officially hiring. We are seeking both full time and part time Guest Service Agents to join our new team. We would love for you to be a part of the new Hampton by Hilton opening in May 2026!

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and will be responsible for working closely with the Front Desk Manager to oversee all aspects of the front desk operations. We offer an excellent training environment.

This individual will be responsible for meeting all guest service standards, managing front desk staff, and all performance-related tasks that promote maximum hotel revenue.

• Performs all functions of guest service agents while handling daily operations and supervising front desk functions.
• Communicates and works with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and prepared to company standards.
• Monitors the status of rooms and confers with Rooms Manager/Hotel Manager to maximize daily room revenue.
• Responsible for training and developing new GSA employees, teaching and enforcing all existing policies and procedures. Responsible for staff scheduling/coverage and support. Supervises and delegates front desk responsibilities and provides follow-up. Monitors front office communications, morale and motivation.
• Responsible for preparing and training GSAs on daily deposits and change orders for courier. Oversees daily cash overage and shortages, verifies change box balance daily and investigates variances; communicates with manager.
• Performs other duties as may be required within own department or for other departments.

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
