Customer Service Rep, Hotel Front Desk
Overview
A brand new Hampton by Hilton in East Peoria is officially hiring! We are seeking both a full time and part time Night Audit Front Desk Agent to join our new team. We would love for you to be a part of the new Hampton by Hilton opening in May 2026!
This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team. This is a 3rd shift position. Must have weekend availability. We invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of providing memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
- Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
- Other duties as assigned.
