Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for large-balance, consumer deposit and loan engagements. Work with clients, referral sources, and prospects to drive large-balance consumer deposit growth and consumer loans (for high-net worth individuals). Routinely coordinate and attend joint meetings with clients, Trust Officers, DVI Relationship Managers, and Commercial Lenders. Introduce clients to services of both MCB Trust and DVI focusing on cross‑sale opportunities.
As a senior member of the team, work with Trust President to develop and execute Private Banking products, services, and client experience. Work with Trust President on the expansion of Private Banking services throughout the MCB footprint.
Pay or shift range: $ USD to $ USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Proactively service the needs of a large deposit book of business and consumer loan book of business.
- Drive Private Banking deposit growth and loan production.
- Meet with clients to open, close and transact business on a variety of bank accounts and consumer loans.
- Coordinate with advisors within MCB Trust and DVI on the banking and lending needs of their clients.
- Serve as resource to Commercial Lenders and MCB Senior Management to serve the needs of large, complex customers.
- Explain and advise customers and internal teammates on the deposit and loan offerings of MCB Trust.
- Expand client account relationships by recommending additional products and services to increase fee‑based income. Cross‑sell other bank products to further develop the client’s relationship with the bank.
- Cultivate referral sources.
- All other duties as assigned.
Personnel Management:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Process Management: –
- The physical activities of this position may include climbing, reaching, standing, lifting, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions.
- Medium exertion; exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Employees, who work 7½ continuous hours or more, must take a 30‑minute uninterrupted lunch break no later than 5 hours after beginning their workday.
- High school education or equivalent.
- BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually.
- College degree.
- 10 years of banking experience.
- Knowledge of private banking and trust company service principles.
- Relevant computer skills.
- Prior Trust Department or Private Banking experience.
