We are seeking a hands‑on technical leader to oversee advanced technical services and maintenance operations in a high‑tech manufacturing environment. This role combines leadership responsibilities with deep technical expertise in robotics, PLCs, industrial heat‑treat systems, hydraulics, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, a proactive attitude, and a passion for learning and development while driving equipment reliability and operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities using CMMS tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including robotics, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heat‑treat equipment.
• Collaborate with operations to align maintenance priorities with production goals and minimize downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, spare parts inventory, and support capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology (or related field) or equivalent experience desired.

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail – high precision in task execution.
• Effective Communications – clear transmission, reception, and interpretation of ideas.
• Engineering – manufacturing knowledge and ability to design and implement secure processes.
• Plant Facilities Management – full‑spectrum knowledge of physical facilities and infrastructure.

• Project Management – plan, organize, monitor, and control projects efficiently.
• Technical Troubleshooting – anticipate and resolve hardware, software, and operational issues.

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including robotics and PLC systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

  East Peoria, IL (Building KK). Requires an Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) 2‑2‑3 (12‑hour shifts).
• Shift pattern:
  • 12‑hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM) on a repeating 14‑day cycle.
  • Pattern:
    Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; then reverse the following week.
  • This results in 7 working days every 14 days, including a 3‑day weekend off every other week.

Pay range: $81,370 – $122,060 per year. Compensation and benefits may vary based on individual factors.
